What I like best about Land Sales Company is the complete package of information, photos, and maps I received upon purchasing my property in Texas.  After the sale communication was excellent.  Also, I enjoy the continuing communication with Land Sales and monthly statements that show exactly how much I have paid in interest and principle.  Every question was answered satisfactorily.  I appreciate update emails regarding new properties available with this company.

I purchased my first property from Land Sales Company and I still can't believe how easy they made the whole process of buying real estate. It took over two months to close on my last real estate deal using my Realtor and he charged me 7% commission, which seemed like an awful lot for how little work he did. Then I had to pay my mortgage broker a percentage and another $650 for an appraisal. Not to mention all these other outrageous fees like the $50 fax I was forced to pay for. Are you kidding me? I hate to admit it now, but when everything was said and done I realized my total cost was over $25,000. Through Land Sales Company there was NO hassles and I paid ZERO commission and ZERO fees… how is this even possible? I definitely plan on buying more properties from them, and who wouldn't? Finally, someone got it right!
